Geothermal
Use the Naturally Existing Heat in your own Backyard to Efficiently Heat and Cool your Home
Geothermal heat pump systems can be a major contributor in lowering utility bills.
In addition to reducing energy consumption by up to 80%, they also control humidity, typically last over 20 years, and can be installed in most houses.
A clean energy source… at your feet. that will lower your monthly costs.
Is Geothermal Heating & Cooling Right for You?
- You’re planning to replace your furnace and / or air conditioner
- Your heating and cooling costs are consistently rising

GEOTHERMAL HEAT PUMPS - HOW DOES IT WORK
Rather than exchanging heat with the air outside, geothermal heat pumps exchange heat with the ground via underground pipes. Even in harsh winter or summer temperatures, the temperature a few feet below the ground stays at about 55 to 70 degrees.
In the summer, the heat pump takes unwanted heat from your house and takes it to the cooler ground. In the winter, heat pumps concentrate heat from underground to heat your home. Watch the video to learn more.
FEDERAL TAX INCENTIVE
The heat pumps we install are EnergyStar certified, and so qualify for the geothermal federal tax credit. This tax credit is equal to 26% of the system cost through 2022, but decreases to 22% in 2023. If you’re interested in geothermal heat for your home, act now for the greatest tax credit!
